As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne\+Nagel, you will manage end\-to\-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day\-to\-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. Manage and execute corporate and functional human resource management activities within the company, ensuring compliance with personnel administration routines, labor, social security legislation, and current collective bargaining agreements, while supporting HR processes and policies. Aimed at adding value to responsibilities related to employees and thereby also supporting local leadership in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
**How you create impact**
* Support payroll timekeeping data, extracting it from the system, analyzing potential discrepancies, and flagging necessary corrections to management;
* Understand, communicate, and promote adherence to collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and administrative normative instruments (ACTs);
* Organize labor litigation documents and deliver all requests to the Legal Department within established deadlines; monitor hearings, acting as the company’s representative or witness;
* Assist employees by providing clarifications regarding personnel administration routines and all matters related to HR topics;
* Fulfill legal obligations by issuing required forms and reports within mandated deadlines, complying with applicable legislation, internal norms, and procedures (e.g., flexible working hours banks, contractual amendments regarding schedule changes, termination processes, onboarding, and internal employee transfers);
* Administer and support programs such as recognition, onboarding, language training, and compliance, in accordance with current policies and procedures;
* Ensure the onboarding schedule for new hires and newly promoted leaders, including internal promotions to leadership positions;
* Register integration training sessions in the HR system;
* Initiate and monitor onboarding processes in the system, ensuring timely execution;
* Monitor and ensure termination processes are correctly handled in the system, supporting management throughout the process;
* Conduct virtual or in-person exit interviews, in accordance with local CBAs and ACTs;
* Request and monitor attendance reports for third-party employees with Operations, ensuring validations and timely delivery to the Controlling team;
* Validate billing information for preliminary consultancy services involving third-party labor;
* Perform other duties as required by departmental/filial needs or occasional reallocations of work;
* Collaborate with the R\&S team on vacancy progress tracking and closure, ensuring operational hiring readiness, and support the local R\&S team as needed;
* Continuously analyze people analytics, generating data when necessary for analysis and interventions related to reviewed KPIs, always supporting operations with turnover and daily absenteeism indicators;
Execute commemorative date-related activities and monthly “Enjoy” initiatives per CoE instructions; responsible for meeting requirements of internal and external audits.
**What we would like you to bring**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and selection;
* Intermediate Excel skills;
* Intermediate English proficiency (preferred);
* Willingness to travel according to operational region.
