If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Analyze and plan procurement of materials and products, and contracting of services; perform follow-up and coordination with involved departments; ensure delivery of scheduled items in accordance with internal procedures defined by the Company and its clients; and manage inventories of materials and products under the department’s responsibility within specified limits, aiming to meet demand and agreed delivery schedules. **Detailed Description:** * Identify, monitor, and prospect suppliers in the market; * Lead the procurement process, interfacing with other support departments; * Support departments in preparing technical scopes for service contracts or necessary technical specifications; * Develop/plan procurement/service contracting schedules; * Support departments in issuing purchase requisitions; * Gather supplier evaluation data including technical assessments, financial health, tax compliance, labor compliance, health and safety, and compliance; * Issue purchase orders and prepare contractual documents, termination agreements, and addenda; * Request supplier and material registration; * Support kickoff meetings with contracted suppliers; * Conduct market research to identify and develop new suppliers of products and services; * Develop and monitor supplier performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in procurement of materials and services, including workforce management, civil maintenance and minor construction, catering, facilities (administrative cleaning, green area maintenance, disposable materials management – CMD), IT services, automation, HR, among others; * Proficiency in SAP is mandatory; * Proficiency in Excel is mandatory; * Knowledge of BI; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of "AI" for use in routine activities will be considered a differentiator. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Anchieta/ES * Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:49 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gympass Partnership Educational institution discounts and partnerships * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas — and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
