




Job Summary: The HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing people management activities, organizational development, and recruitment and selection (R&S) processes, as well as developing and implementing HR policies. Develop and implement HR policies for employee development and engagement. 3. Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters. The HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing activities related to people management, organizational development, and recruitment and selection processes. In addition, the role involves developing and implementing HR policies and practices aimed at employee development and engagement. * Plan and execute selection processes; * Analyze and propose improvements to people management processes to enhance service efficiency and quality. * Develop and implement employee development and training programs; * Monitor and evaluate organizational climate, proposing initiatives to foster a healthy and productive work environment. * Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related topics, such as performance evaluation, feedback, and career development. * Maintain up-to-date HR metrics and prepare management reports to support leadership decision-making. * Participate in strategic HR projects, contributing innovative ideas and creative solutions to organizational challenges. * Manage and execute the internal marketing calendar; * Manage and improve internal communication; **Requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience in the HR field * Experience with operational HR processes and management * Experience implementing HR processes is a plus
