Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented profile with a passion for customer service. We are looking for a proactive and communicative Sales Assistant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our customer and lead portfolio via WhatsApp Business, email, and telephone, focusing on consultative customer service, quotation delivery, and sales closing. We seek an organized individual, proficient in digital tools, and passionate about customer service. Main Activities and Responsibilities * Promptly respond to leads received via WhatsApp Business, email, and telephone. * Conduct follow-up on quotations and proposals sent to ensure closure. * Register and update customer information in our CRM system (or agenda/spreadsheet). * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products/services. * Overcome sales objections and negotiate basic commercial terms. * Issue orders and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus). * Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (via WhatsApp, email, and telephone). * Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). * Practical knowledge of **WhatsApp Business** and professional email tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented profile.
