Job Summary: The IT Analyst supports the management and operation of the technology infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and organization of technological resources, while also providing user support and system maintenance. Control and audit of IT assets **EXCLUSIVE POSITION FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD): IT ANALYST (CLT \- Full\-time)** **Description:** Responsible for supporting the management and operation of the company's information technology infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and organization of technological resources. Will provide user support, manage IT assets, and maintain systems, ensuring optimal performance of critical tools for daily operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and deliver Level 1 technical support, including user assistance and incident resolution, incident diagnosis, configuration, and report generation when required. * Receive, configure, and install IT equipment, register and update asset information, and execute movements and transfers within the system. * Monitor the IT fleet through identification, organization, and auditing of assets, as well as inventory tracking and software license management. * Support compliance with information security standards and internal policies, contributing to incident prevention and corporate data integrity. * Collaborate on maintaining the technological infrastructure, supplier coordination, and fulfilling internal support requests. * Ensure IT operations comply with corporate standards and technical procedures. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree in IT, Systems Analysis, or related fields. * Intermediate English (technical reading and basic communication). * Updated PCD medical report (Law No. 8\.213\/91\).
