Here, we breathe technology and innovation—join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement network infrastructure projects and/or maintain the environment. * Perform configuration, support, and troubleshooting on Cisco equipment (switches). * Operate and maintain Layer 2 networks (VLANs, STP, trunking). * Support configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Cisco Wi-Fi networks. * Carry out structured cabling activities (organization, identification, testing, and certification of points). * Install and activate switches and access points. * Monitor the environment and resolve incidents and service requests. * Support technical documentation (diagrams, topologies, and configuration records). * Conduct connectivity tests and service validation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking. * Experience or knowledge of Cisco equipment. * Knowledge of Layer 2 protocols: * VLAN * STP * Trunking (802.1Q) * Basic switching * Knowledge of corporate Wi-Fi (Cisco Meraki). * Knowledge of structured cabling. * Basic network troubleshooting skills. * Cisco CCNA certification is desirable. * Completed undergraduate degree in IT-related field. **Additional Information** Interested?
