If you identify with our purpose, let’s together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Analyze and schedule material and product purchases and service contracting, perform follow-up and liaison with involved departments, ensure delivery of scheduled items according to internal procedures defined by the Company and client, and manage inventories of materials and products under the department’s responsibility within specified limits, aiming to meet demand and delivery schedules as agreed. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage procurement portfolios with low, medium, and high complexity, ensuring service levels and compliance. * Use artificial intelligence tools to support proposal analysis, negotiations, and data processing. * Lead quotation processes, technical and commercial equalization, and strategic negotiations with suppliers. * Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities for developing new suppliers and cost savings/reduction. * Monitor and act upon key departmental indicators (lead time, OTIF, savings, productivity). * Act in accordance with internal regulations and Compliance policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Proven experience in Supply Chain, preferably in mid- to large-sized companies. * Experience purchasing MRO materials. * Advanced Excel. * Power BI. * SAP experience (MM module). * Basic English. * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment type: Hybrid (Flex Office) * Work location: Anchieta/ES * Working hours: 7:30 AM to 4:49 PM **Benefits included in this position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
