Coordinate benefits processes, including health insurance, transportation allowance, and employee wellness programs. Ensure labor compliance, preparing reports and responding to regulatory agency requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields \- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Payroll or equivalent area \- Solid knowledge of labor, social security, and CLT regulations \- Proficiency in payroll and benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance) \- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets) **Preferred Qualifications** \- Experience with payroll systems (DOMINIO SISTEMA) \- Certification in Human Resource Management or People Management Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
