If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Brief Description:** Analyze and plan material and product acquisitions and service contracting, perform follow-up and liaison with involved departments, ensure delivery of scheduled items in accordance with internal procedures defined by the Company and client, and manage inventories of materials and products under the department’s responsibility within specified limits, aiming to meet demand and agreed delivery schedules. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage procurement portfolios of low, medium, and high complexity, ensuring service levels and compliance. * Use artificial intelligence tools to support proposal analysis, negotiations, and data processing. * Lead quotation processes, technical and commercial equalization, and strategic negotiations with suppliers. * Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities for developing new suppliers and cost savings/reduction. * Monitor and act upon key departmental indicators (lead time, OTIF, savings, productivity). * Act in compliance with internal policies and Compliance regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Proven experience in Procurement, preferably in mid- to large-sized companies. * Experience purchasing MRO materials. * Advanced Excel. * Power BI. * SAP experience (MM module). * Basic English. * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Hybrid (Flex Office) * Work Location: Anchieta/ES * Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:49 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
