Support the identification of training and development needs The Junior HR Analyst is responsible for assisting in HR department activities, such as recruitment and selection, training and development, benefits administration, and others. This professional performs more operational tasks and executes duties under supervision, contributing to people management within the organization. * Assist in recruitment and selection of employees by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback to candidates. * Participate in onboarding of new employees by introducing the company, internal policies, and procedures. * Support the identification of training and development needs, as well as the organization of capacity-building programs. * Maintain and update employee information in the HR management system, ensuring data accuracy. * Contribute to benefits administration, including health insurance, transportation allowance, meal vouchers, among others, addressing employee requests. * Participate in performance evaluation processes, assisting in feedback collection and development of individual development plans. * Support organizational climate management by promoting internal initiatives and events that enhance employee well-being and engagement. * Collaborate in preparing HR reports and metrics, providing information for the company’s strategic decision-making. * Stay updated on labor and social security legislation, ensuring HR practices comply with current laws. * Perform other HR-related tasks as required and directed by leadership.
