Working in the Quality and Innovation team Junior IT Analyst Position Description: We are seeking a Junior IT Analyst to join our Quality and Innovation team. The professional will be responsible for developing systems and products. Responsibilities: * System and new technology development * System configuration and maintenance * Participation in projects for implementing new technologies * Resolving users' technical issues * Documenting procedures and processes Requirements: * Degree in Information Technology or related fields * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems * Experience in technical support and system maintenance * Knowledge of Azure, C\#, React, and SQL Server database * Experience in AI development is desirable * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively and proactively solve problems Behavioral Profile: * Proactive * Multitasking * Detail-oriented * Organized * Communicative * Creative * Logical reasoning
