We are looking for a Monitoring Analyst to work exclusively on our advanced telematics platform, focusing on data analysis and providing internal support to our customer service and Customer Success teams. **Responsibilities:** ● Monitor device communication in real time on advanced tracking platforms; ● Identify failures, disconnections, and critical alerts in vehicles; ● Analyze technical data from trackers and sensors (ignition, immobilization, cameras, etc.); ● Generate reports and forward information to the team responsible for each account; ● Support the technical team in validating recurring issues and trends. **Requirements:** ● Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Technology, Logistics, Electronics, or related fields preferred); ● Strong analytical ability and attention to detail; ● Proficiency with digital platforms and spreadsheets; ● Focused and organized profile.
