Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing the Shopify platform, invoicing, inventory control, customer service, order picking, and shipping. Key Highlights: 1. Support in Shopify platform and ERP system management The company is seeking an E\-Commerce Assistant in Novo Hamburgo. **Responsibilities:** Manage the Shopify platform (orders, invoicing, invoices, and inventory control). Operational integration with Master ERP. Support and control via Linx. Customer service (WhatsApp, e\-mail, and phone). Order picking, verification, and shipping. Management of exchanges, returns, and logistics tracking. Preparation of operational reports. Previous experience as an E\-Commerce Assistant, Online Sales Assistant, E\-Commerce Operator, or E\-Commerce Support may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
