




Job Summary: Professional to operate the bottling line, assemble and package products, assist in wine production, perform quality control, and maintain workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Support in wine production during harvest season and visual quality control. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Production and Operations:** * Efficiently and safely supply bottles and raw materials to the bottling line. * Remove finished products from the production line and organize them onto pallets, ensuring item integrity. * Move and store products in designated locations as instructed by the supervisor. * Assist in machine calibration and adjustment to ensure proper equipment operation. **Assembly and Packaging:** * Assemble packaging materials, including boxes and demijohns, ensuring product protection and presentation. * Place bottles into boxes in an orderly manner to guarantee safety during transportation. * Seal boxes and apply labels correctly, following quality standards. * Assemble and package product kits with attention to detail, ensuring completeness and professional presentation. * Assemble customized kits for various purposes. **Wine Production Support:** * Assist in wine manufacturing during harvest season, following established procedures. **Quality Control:** * Perform visual inspection of packaged products to verify quality and presentation. * Remove leftover materials after bottling concludes, sorting and organizing them for return to inventory. **Cleaning and Organization:** * Maintain cleanliness and organization of floors and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. * Ensure cleaning and maintenance of work equipment, performing appropriate sanitation. **Safety and Compliance:** * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in all activities. * Respond promptly to supervisor requests for related tasks, proactively collaborating with the team. **Salary:** * Starting salary: R$ 2.336,40 + hazard allowance * After gaining experience: R$ 2.406,49 + hazard allowance **Benefits:** * Fuel allowance: R$ 500.00 (for employees with their own vehicle). * Attendance bonus: R$ 400.00. * On-site cafeteria (meal at R$ 4.12/day) * Unimed Health Plan (50% covered for the primary beneficiary) * Sesimax Dental Plan * Education Assistance and Educational Partnerships. * Transportation service to neighborhoods in Caxias do Sul: Nossa Senhora das Graças, São Caetano, Charqueadas, Desvio Rizzo, Forqueta, and Farroupilha...
