




Job Summary: Operate and maintain machine tools for manufacturing metal parts, ensuring product quality and workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in operating machine tools and conducting quality inspections. 2. Feed production lines and control part registration. 3. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. * Assist in low-complexity operations across machine tool sets, initiating processes by activating start commands or foot pedals per operator instructions—e.g., turning tips, deburring, loading furnaces with material, cutting burrs, marking parts, sanding razors, cutting rods, chamfering edges, milling, calibrating, slotting tablets, injecting tablets, and performing manual leveling—to manufacture metal parts per work instructions; * Assist in visual and/or dimensional inspections during the process to verify manufactured product quality, using measuring instruments as needed and making adjustments per guidance when irregularities are found; * Feed production lines by placing semi-finished products at designated points and in quantities required by the production schedule to sustain workflow; * Assist in controlling and recording the quantity of parts processed per batch using a marker attached to the machine, then enter this information into a data collector to support production scheduling; * Collect and package parts, and clean up residues and materials to maintain an organized workplace; * Perform other duties as required; * Maintain machine and workplace cleanliness and organization. *We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.* Joining the Stanley Black \& Decker team means working in an innovative, tech\-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
