Job Summary: Operates machine tools, performing low-complexity tasks, visual inspections, and feeding production lines. Key Highlights: 1. Access to continuous learning and development resources * Assist in low-complexity operations across machine tool sets, initiating the production process by activating start commands or foot pedals as instructed by operators — for turning tips, deburring, loading furnaces with material, cutting spurs, marking parts, sanding razors, cutting rods, sanding corners, milling, calibrating, cutting grooves in blanks, injecting blanks, and performing manual leveling — all in accordance with work instructions to manufacture metal parts; * Assist in visual and/or dimensional inspections during the process, verifying product quality and using measuring instruments as needed; make adjustments per guidance when irregularities are detected; * Feed production lines by placing semi-finished products at designated locations and in quantities required by the production schedule to maintain workflow; * Assist in tracking and recording the quantity of parts processed per batch using a marker attached to the machine, then enter this data into a data collector to support production scheduling control; * Collect and package finished parts, and clean up waste materials and debris to maintain an organized workplace; * Perform other duties as required; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines and the work area. *We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.* Joining the Stanley Black \& Decker team means working in an innovative, tech\-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
