Job Summary: CAM Support Intern responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, collaborating with teams to optimize customer service. Key Highlights: 1. To continue driving business and individual success, we are seeking a technology professional to join our team as a **CAM Support Intern.** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Identify and diagnose technical issues reported by customers; * Perform initial triage of issues and, where possible, resolve basic support queries; * Communicate critical information and issue updates to customers when necessary; * Collaborate with other support tiers and departments to resolve complex problems; * Document problem-resolution procedures for future reference (Knowledge Base). **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Currently pursuing a technical course in Mechanical Engineering or related fields **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with CAM and CAD solutions; * Experience in CNC programming and machining; * Intermediate English proficiency. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Employment Type: CLT; * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6-hour workday; * Employment Mode: On-site in **São Leopoldo/RS**. **BENEFITS** * Sodexo Meal or Food Allowance: To meet employees' diverse needs, we offer two options tailored to your personal circumstances. * Transportation Allowance: Provided to those requiring public transportation.
