PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of SEST SENAT's Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Trainer (Management/Behavioral) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee's monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly premium paid by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the position due to work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** Hourly **SALARY:** R$ 22\.91 **UNIT:** Rua Joana Guindani Tonello Industrial \| Bento Gonçalves RS \- 95706300 **SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction aligned with the educational pillars defined by the institution, and facilitates students' learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE IN ADMINISTRATION **PROOF:** Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING, EDUCATIONAL COURSES, OR DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES. **PROOF:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services performed, along with a detailed description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating alignment with the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlating to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous service payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
