




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing the B2B customer portfolio, providing customer service and negotiation, promoting products, and delivering internal support — all with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Strategic point of contact for CNPJ customers and the Leroy Merlin Empresas portal **What We Expect From You:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in administrative, commercial, engineering, architecture, or related fields. * Prior experience as a B2B Sales Representative (product knowledge is considered a plus). * Prior experience with SAP, ServiceNow, and Qlik Sense (considered a plus). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. * Negotiation skills. **Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Customer Portfolio Management: + Proactively manage the store’s B2B customer portfolio using channels such as phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp to get to know customers and develop tailored proposals based on their needs. + Foster customer loyalty through differentiated service, identifying and meeting their daily, weekly, and monthly needs. + Increase purchase frequency and average cart value. * Customer Service and Negotiation: + Respond to quotations and negotiate orders received through various channels (e\-mail, phone, WhatsApp, and in-person visits), focusing on closing sales under optimal conditions for both the customer and Leroy Merlin. + Conduct external visits to the top 20 customers in the portfolio to understand their on-site requirements and strengthen relationships. * Communication and Promotion: + Communicate targeted offers to CNPJ customers, collaborating with store Commercial Managers to optimize resources and improve campaign effectiveness. + Act as a facilitator and motivator within stores, leading topics related to B2B and CNPJ sales to foster team engagement and understanding of our business. + Participate in internal meetings (morning/afternoon briefings) to present results of initiatives and sales performance. * Internal and Strategic Support: + Serve as the store’s primary contact for CNPJ-related requests and for supporting the use of the Leroy Merlin Empresas portal. + Support Project Sales Representatives in serving CNPJ customers, credit analysis, and negotiations, aiming to maximize sales and repeat business. + Contribute to aligning store teams around B2B sales objectives. * Post\-Sales and Customer Satisfaction: + Carry out post\-sales activities focused on customer satisfaction, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed and resolved to promote loyalty.
