Its goal is to connect talents with job opportunities in the market. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the operational and strategic management of the company’s trailer fleet. Monitoring KPIs, managing supplier relationships, planning maintenance activities, and overseeing vehicle documentation. Operational fleet management, such as planning and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance. Ensuring vehicle availability according to operational demand. Monitoring performance via tracking and telematics systems. Managing fueling, tolls, tires, and damages. Analyzing and validating supplier measurements: leasing companies, workshops, tire providers, tracking service providers. Managing vehicle documentation: licensing, traffic fines, CRLV (Certificate of Vehicle Registration and Licensing), insurance. Monitoring traffic fine processes: identifying drivers and legal deadlines. Managing contracts and SLAs with suppliers. Supporting vehicle procurement, return, and replacement processes. Monitoring departmental budget and proposing cost-reduction initiatives. Analyzing maintenance, fuel, and leasing expense reports. Identifying deviations and proposing continuous improvement actions. Developing and monitoring KPIs: availability, cost per km, fuel consumption, MTBF / MTTR, maintenance compliance. Previous experience as Fleet Coordinator, Fleet Manager, Fleet Leader, or Fleet Head may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
