OBJECTIVE: Strategically manage the mapping, design, standardization, and continuous improvement of the company's processes, ensuring operational efficiency, cross-departmental integration, business scalability, and support for decision-making. You will have autonomy to review existing processes and create new ones as needed, viewing the company holistically from end to end. ACTIVITIES: \- Map existing processes across all departments. Identify bottlenecks, rework, operational risks, and improvement opportunities. \- Design and redesign AS IS / TO BE processes, proposing more efficient and scalable workflows. \- Create new processes where none exist, ensuring alignment with business strategy. \- Document processes, workflows, policies, and procedures clearly and consistently. \- Support implementation of improvements together with involved departments. \- Act as a facilitator between departments, ensuring process alignment and integration. \- Define and monitor process performance indicators (KPIs). \- Support automation initiatives, systems, and technology-driven process improvements. \- Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree Prior experience in process mapping and improvement. Knowledge of process methodologies (e.g., BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen). Experience designing flowcharts and documenting processes. Analytical capability to identify problems and propose practical solutions. Systemic vision and ability to work transversally across departments. Strong communication skills to conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions. Organization, autonomy, and sense of priority. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- ADDITIONAL ASSETS: Experience implementing or reviewing processes in growing companies. Familiarity with BPM tools (Bizagi, Miro, Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc.). Experience in system automation and integration projects. Experience with KPIs, OKRs, or process-based management.
