




Job Summary: Assist in implementing company policies, screen resumes and candidates, manage admission-related medical examinations and documents, and monitor employee records and leave statuses. Monitoring of HR processes Join the Passarela team! **Your responsibilities will include:** Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of company policies; Screening resumes and contacting candidates, administering assessments and group activities to identify the best-fit candidates for hiring; Scheduling and managing admission, termination, and periodic medical examinations (return-to-work and job function change); Providing the list of required admission documents and collecting them for submission to the headquarters’ HR department to process hires; Collecting signatures on documents (employment records, contracts, time cards, payroll slips, etc...); Purchasing transportation vouchers and managing their distribution to employees requiring them; Managing the distribution of meal vouchers and benefit cards, collecting employee signatures on delivery protocols; Monitoring employee leaves and medical certificates, recording them in internal tracking spreadsheets; Reviewing and monitoring time card reports, forwarding them to supervisors, and issuing warnings or suspensions when discrepancies arise; , **Requirements for this position:** Computer literacy, labor legislation knowledge, and facilitation of group activities. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Process Management, or related fields 1 year of relevant experience
