We value diversity and welcome all people! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and monitor high-complexity production machines, such as injection molding machines, adjusting them according to production orders; * Supply machines with production inputs and/or raw materials; * Follow standard operating procedures, strictly adhering to safety and quality protocols, performing preventive and corrective adjustments and maintenance as required; * Clean operated machines and the work area, as well as lubricate machines; * Identify machine malfunctions and notify responsible personnel for repair; * Monitor and control machine processes, taking actions to ensure compliance with specifications and established targets; * Record production stoppages for analysis and continuous improvement of the production process; * Maintain functionality and preservation of machines and equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Currently enrolled in a technical course or vocational training program in Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Chemistry, Food Science, Technology, or related fields; * Experience operating industrial machinery; * Basic computer and Excel knowledge; * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 12:36 AM or from 9:00 PM to 6:15 AM, with a 1-hour break, and weekends as needed. **Additional Information** LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS: Free cafeteria; Attendance bonus; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Unimed health plan; Uniodonto dental plan; Complimentary life insurance; Scholarship program; Education assistance; Wellhub (Gympass); Employee support channel; Pharmacy discount program; Partnership agreements with selected universities.
