The industrial area in Novo Hamburgo (RS) has this opportunity to work in the Quality area.
**Your main tasks and responsibilities include:**
* Work in the Quality area, performing quality inspections and issuing reports at various stages of the manufacturing process, such as dimensional inspection, visual weld inspection, receiving inspection, hardness measurements, non-destructive testing, material receiving, measurements of various parameters including torque, thickness, hardness, geometric tolerances, among others, to ensure compliance with product characteristics and specifications.
* Collaborate in preparing supplementary reports under the supervision of a Level II inspector, such as pre-refurbishment studies, reverse engineering, expert reports, assist in failure root cause investigations and various records, for example, as well as performing other related and inherent duties, for example. Guide and monitor various production phases to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
* Seek optimization of time and resources in inspection activities, ensuring established technical and quality standards.
* Monitor outsourced services such as ultrasonic testing, 3D scanning, and others, ensuring that service providers perform the expected tasks, providing support during task execution while complying with safety, environmental, and health procedures.
* Propose and implement improvements in processes within your area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and definitions.
* Provide technical accountability for your area of specialization, guiding other employees on relevant technical aspects.
* Participate in internal and external training programs, following instructions or requests from your immediate supervisor.
**To succeed in this position, it is important to have:**
* Completed high school diploma.
* Preferred qualification: Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or related fields.
* Desired experience: Training experience in the Quality area.
