Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Receptionist to provide customer service, manage suites, handle cash register operations, and oversee inventory in a dynamic environment. We currently have an opening for a **\*Receptionist**\* at our **\*Camelot by Drop**s\* unit. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for! **\*Responsibilities:**\* Customer service via telephone and intercom; suite cleaning coordination, key issuance, and kitchen order processing; check-out management, billing, and cash register operations; inventory control and receipt of goods. **\*Requirements:**\* Experience in customer service or reception (preferred); strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency with management systems (a plus); financial control and cash handling skills (preferred); availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night); commitment to punctuality and service quality. **\*We Offer:**\* \*Fixed Salary: BRL 1,650.00 (BRL 1,900.00 after probation period) \+ Cash float bonus 10% \+ Tip bonus 2% \*Meal Allowance starting after **3 months: BRL 200.00 \*Transportation Benefit or** Fuel Allowance:\* BRL 300.00 \| **Bike Allowance: BRL 100.00 \*Immediate Attendance Bonus (awarded after completing 30 days):\* BRL 130.00 \*For your well-being, we offer life insurance with comprehensive coverage for **you** and your family. \*Work Schedule:\* 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; specific schedule to be coordinated with the manager. \*Loyalty and Incentive Program: Loyalty bonus based on tenure: 25% of salary in July during the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% from the fourth year onward.
