Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Receptionist to handle customer service, suite management, cash operations, and inventory management at a motel. Key Highlights: 1. We currently have an opening for a **\*Receptionist**\* at our **\*Camelot by Drop**s\* unit. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for! **\*Responsibilities:\* Customer service via telephone and intercom. Suite cleaning control, key release, and kitchen order handling. Check-out control, billing, and cash operations. Inventory control and receipt of **goods. \*Requirements:\* Experience in customer service or reception (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with management systems (a plus). Financial control and cash operation skills (preferred). Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). Commitment to punctuality and service quality. **\*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary: R$ 1\.650,00 (R$1900,00 after experience) \+ Cash float bonus 10% \+ Tip 2% \*Meal Allowance after **3 months: R$ 200,00 \*Transportation Benefit or** Fuel Allowance:\* R$ 300,00 \| **Bike Allowance R$ 100,00 \*Immediate Attendance Bonus (after completing 30 days):\* R$ 130,00 \*For your well-being, we offer life insurance with comprehensive coverage for **you** and your family. \*Schedule:\* 6x1 (One day off per week and one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; shift timing coordinated with the manager. \*Loyalty and Incentive Program: Loyalty bonus based on tenure: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year.
