Area Supervisor

**\*Responsibilities:\* Supervise operational departments, especially housekeeping staff and laundry assistants. Support the manager in covering the front desk. Inventory organization and control. Supervise activities of third-party contractors. **\*Requirements:\* Experience in supervising operational teams (preferably in accommodation services). Team management and inventory control skills. Strong communication, leadership, and ability to work under pressure. Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). Basic knowledge of administrative processes is desirable. **\*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary:\* R$ 1\.900,00 (R$ 2\.300,00 after experience) \+ 2% Tips \*Meal Allowance after 3 months:\* R$ 200,00 \*Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance:\* R$ 300,00 \| Bike Allowance R$ 100,00 \*Immediate Attendance Bonus (after completing 30 days):\* R$ 130,00 \*For your well-being, we offer life insurance with comprehensive coverage for you and your family. \*Work Schedule:\* 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; shift timing to be agreed upon with the manager. \*Loyalty and Bonus Program: Loyalty Bonus based on tenure: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% from the 4th year onward. Performance-Based Bonus Program: bonuses awarded every 6 months. \*Shift Hours:\* Rotating \- availability required to alternate between morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
