Documenting patient care and patient transfers **JOB OPENING:** Nursing Technician **WORK HOURS:** 13:00 – 19:00 **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed Nursing Technician course; * Active COREN registration. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Provide safe, humanized, and individualized nursing assistance to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse, performing relevant care routines such as vital signs monitoring and hygiene and comfort care; * Perform electrocardiogram examinations per medical prescription; * Administer medications per medical prescription; * Complete documentation related to nursing assistance activities, maintaining appropriate patient records; * Safely move and transport patients; * Identify patients' clinical conditions, initiate clinical management within technical competence, and notify the healthcare team as needed.
