If you are passionate about technology and innovation, and want to be part of the digital transformation of a global brand, join this team! **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Administer Information Security practices and processes, operating on both offensive fronts (Red Team, penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation) and defensive fronts (Blue Team, continuous threat analysis, monitoring and incident response); * Effectively apply the pillars of Information Security — confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity, non-repudiation, and compliance — through technical controls and structured processes; * Conduct intrusion tests and offensive penetration tests on web environments, infrastructure, networks, APIs, and internal and external applications; * Lead internal Red Team activities, simulating real-world attacks and performing scenario-driven testing; * Continuously monitor security events, perform correlation, identify anomalies, and respond to incidents as part of Blue Team activities; * Apply industry-standard frameworks and standards such as MITRE ATT\&CK, OWASP, NIST, and ISO 27001 to support security analyses and actions; * Implement hardening, manage vulnerabilities, conduct resilience testing, and develop countermeasures to strengthen the environment; * Collaborate closely with infrastructure, network, application, and business teams to ensure technical and operational alignment; * Analyze risks, propose improvements, and continuously reinforce the organization’s security posture through critical thinking and analytical insight; * Maintain an investigative mindset, demonstrate initiative and autonomy, and promote continuous improvement of organizational security practices; * Administer and maintain security applications and layers, configuring, monitoring, and optimizing the performance and efficiency of solutions such as FIREWALL/SSL\-VPN, WAF, ANTIVÍRUS, CASB, password vaults, encryption, DFA, hardening, vulnerability management, cloud-based applications, and SIEM. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields; * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, protocols (HTTP, DNS, SMTP, etc.), and network security; * Familiarity with operating systems (Windows and Linux); * Experience with antivirus, firewall, or EDR tools (academic experience accepted); * Familiarity with Information Security best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.); * Ability to analyze and interpret security logs. **Additional Information** * Work model: Hybrid Our story has been built over more than 50 years, driven by simplicity and the collaboration of hands that, at every step, imprint their love for everything they do!
