Support in deli and butcher departments. **Job Description** * Prepare food items according to recipes and technical specifications. * Sanitize food items and ingredients used in the production process. * Provide customer service within your work area. * Perform packaging and storage routines for products intended for sale. * Clean equipment used in the production process. * Support the deli and butcher departments as needed. **Working Hours** * Monday to Saturday: 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:50 PM. * Sundays on rotating schedule. **Prerequisites** * Minimum age of 18 years. • Prior experience in food handling is desirable. * Elementary education.
