




Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, overseeing inventories, investigating discrepancies, and developing performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory turnover optimization and obsolete stock reduction 2. Participation in the implementation and improvement of management systems (ERP/WMS) 3. Preparation of managerial reports and proposal of improvements Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring balance between availability and invested capital. * Oversee cyclic and general inventories, ensuring data reliability in the system. * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, performing root cause analysis. * Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), such as: Inventory accuracy, Inventory turnover, Stock coverage, Service level; * Support receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes. * Participate in the implementation and improvement of management systems (ERP/WMS). * Prepare managerial reports and propose improvements to increase operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and good warehousing practices. * Reduction of losses and discrepancies * Optimization of turnover and reduction of obsolete stock Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics or Business Administration. * Experience in inventory and stock control and inventories. * Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge. * Experience with ERP or WMS.
