Job Summary: Responsible for internet installation and repair, service configuration, identification of technical faults, and ensuring service quality for customers. Key Highlights: 1. Internet installation and repair for residential and commercial customers 2. Configuration and testing of contracted services 3. Identification and resolution of technical faults Responsibilities: \- Perform internet installation and repairs for residential and commercial customers; \- Configure and test services contracted by the customer; \- Identify and resolve technical faults; \- Ensure service quality and excellent customer service; \- Complete service orders and maintain records of performed activities. Requirements: \- Experience with optical networks; \- Driver's license category B; \- NR10, NR35, and NR06 certifications.
