Fixed-term contract ending on 02/15/2028\. * **Working Hours: 1 position** Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM **Responsibilities:** Supervise technical operations. Coordinate audio and control room operator teams; monitor audio quality during live broadcasts; control modulation, VU meters, and transmitted signal to ensure program schedule compliance. Plan and manage resources. Define equipment specifications; budget operational expenses; schedule preventive maintenance; request transmission lines; and arrange corrective maintenance when required. Monitor and investigate incidents. Track programming schedule execution; detect failures in transmitters or cables; operate redundancy systems; consolidate incident reports; and ensure signal stability. Train and develop team members. Evaluate operator performance; identify training needs; schedule leaves/shifts; define team profiles; and facilitate technical capacity building on new technologies. Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Inspect equipment condition; comply with ANATEL and occupational safety regulations; research technological trends; and alert regarding obsolete equipment replacement.
