Technical Support (IT Infrastructure Call Center)

Description

Job Summary: Technical support professional responsible for hardware/software configuration and maintenance, network administration, and end-user assistance, ensuring IT infrastructure reliability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Hardware and peripheral configuration and maintenance 2. Support for dialing and network systems 3. Support ticket registration and management Replace and configure headsets, mice, keyboards, and monitors. Resolve audio and microphone issues in dialing systems (softphones). Format and deploy workstations using tools such as Ghost, SCCM, or network-based cloning (PXE). Crimp network cables and organize patch panels in racks. Test network ports and ensure workstations communicate correctly with the operation server/VLAN. Provide basic monitoring support for internet links and servers, reporting outages to the Senior/Expert team. Create users, reset passwords, and join workstations to the domain. Register and resolve support tickets (Service Desk), ensuring SLA compliance (response time). Education: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical or Bachelor's program in Networking, Information Systems, or Computer Science. Required Knowledge: Windows 10/11 Pro (advanced configurations). Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Desktop hardware and peripheral knowledge. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, communicate effectively with non-technical users, and manage multiple concurrent requests.
