That is why we are constantly seeking new talents committed to making a difference alongside us. #### **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Evaluate the company’s job, salary, and benefits policies * Support departmental managers with appropriate job descriptions * Analyze collective labor agreements and address discrepancies, where applicable and/or approved by management * Administer job and salary structures * Guide and monitor remuneration determination processes for associate hiring, promotion, and transfer * Approve all personnel movements within the company * Conduct and/or participate in company salary surveys * Develop and update salary tables based on the company-defined policy, including analyses and simulations of salary adjustments and their impact on personnel costs * Evaluate newly created positions * Analyze spontaneous merit requests or those arising from the end of the talent cycle #### **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or Economics * Prior experience in job and compensation management * Knowledge of the Hay methodology for jobs and compensation * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Experience with HR-specific ERP systems * Preferred: Experience with RM
