Job Summary: Manage the road transportation scheduling grid, analyze product availability, monitor deliveries, and support internal departments to ensure logistical programming. Key Highlights: 1. Growth opportunities within a dynamic and transformative culture. **Responsibilities and Duties** (Publication in accordance with PR/Requester requirements) Manage the road transportation scheduling grid from D+7 to D+1 for products available at the Aratu, Jequié, and Itabuna terminals, covering Gasoline, Diesel, Jet Fuel (QAV), Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), and Marine Gas Oil (MGO). Analyze product availability jointly with responsible peers. Monitor and track delivery-related times and movements at terminals. Update internal customers regarding demand expectations and service fulfillment. Conduct internal interactions to validate the pumping schedule. Support Planning, Commercial, and Operations departments in managing programming information. Assist logistics programmers in communicating with the Commercial department, validating daily orders. Feed and report departmental KPIs, driving continuous improvement and performance. Address requests from assistants operating under a 24x7 regime, ensuring delivery monitoring at terminals outside administrative hours. **Requirements and Qualifications** (As per PR/Requester requirements) * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the field. Preferred: Experience in oil refineries and land/maritime terminals; planning and scheduling of product movement operations with interface to multiple external stakeholders; relationship management with external customers and suppliers.
