Job Summary: The professional will plan, manage, and execute daily library routines, including collection organization, policy development, statistical control, and activities for promotion and outreach. Conducting pedagogical activities and projects in the school library **Job Description:** Plan, manage, and execute daily library routines to best serve Villa Global Education. Manage and execute the physical planning of the library and the organization of bibliographic and non-bibliographic collections. Develop internal policies to support decision-making. Maintain statistical controls (reports, action plans, inventories). Manage and execute planning for library promotion and outreach activities in collaboration with the pedagogical team to encourage reading and research. Manage and organize databases to save users’ time and resources. Provide service to the school’s public. Perform technical library tasks (classification, cataloging, indexing, and inventory). Be familiar with library science techniques and standards, computer science, and library automation. **Conduct pedagogical activities:** Story Time, Tree Activity, classroom visits, sensitization sessions, and other library projects.
