We believe in intrapreneurship—that is, every person is invited to bring their knowledge, purpose, and unique approach to make a difference daily. **What do we expect from the People Supervisor?** We seek a candidate with a completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields, who has prior experience in HR and knowledge of labor legislation. Strong people management skills, effective communication for conflict mediation, and familiarity with HR management tools and Microsoft Office are essential. On a day-to-day basis, this professional will lead teams; design, implement, and monitor recruitment, development, performance, and talent retention processes; and leverage data and metrics to support strategic decisions. We expect a leader passionate about developing people—someone who acts as a business partner, ensuring People processes consistently align with Amarante’s culture. **What challenges will you face here?** The main challenge will be structuring and consolidating the People function at the resort, ensuring talent attraction, development, and retention within a dynamic and growing environment. This includes managing high-volume recruitment processes, developing the People team, and ensuring consistent application of performance management and organizational culture practices. You will also be challenged to collaborate strategically with leadership—supporting team management, decision-making, and team evolution—while monitoring departmental KPIs, managing budgets, and ensuring execution of training, development, and succession programs.
