Supervise construction progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality. Coordinate internal and outsourced teams, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity. Review engineering drawings and specifications, identify inconsistencies, and propose technical solutions. Control the use of materials, equipment, and resources to prevent waste and rework. Conduct site meetings and report progress to management/directors. Monitor service measurements and validate third-party reports. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and implement corrective actions when required. Support procurement and logistics by communicating material and equipment requirements. Inspect the quality of executed services to ensure conformity with design documents and specifications. Prepare technical reports, photographic records, and periodic updates. Track permits, legal documentation, and technical requirements for the project. Interact with clients, designers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities as applicable.
