We are looking for someone with technical insight and a strong sense of priority, capable of supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, managing resources, tracking requests via the platform, and contributing to facility improvements at the resort. It is essential to uphold safety, quality, and sustainability standards, as well as possess the ability to guide and develop the team on a daily basis. **What are the requirements?** Eligibility according to internal mobility policy (internal candidates only); Completed high school education; Technical course in electricity, mechanics, or related fields; Solid knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, air conditioning systems, and other essential systems; Experience coordinating technical maintenance teams, with emphasis on organization and operational efficiency; Prior experience as a maintenance supervisor or assistant, with knowledge across various areas of building maintenance. **What challenges will you face here?** You will manage maintenance routines, track service requests, assign tasks, and ensure proper operation of the resort’s facilities and systems. You will also face the challenge of monitoring teams, resources, and deadlines; conducting inspections; responding to emergency demands; and maintaining alignment with other departments.
