We are seeking a professional to join our team and lead logistics operations with excellence, safety, and a results-oriented approach. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing people, processes, and performance indicators within the warehouse department, ensuring organization, productivity, and compliance with internal and legal regulations. * **Responsibilities:** Manage the warehouse team by assigning tasks and ensuring employee performance. Control goods receipt, dispatch, and storage. Monitor and ensure proper store replenishment. Track performance indicators (inventory levels, stock counts, losses, productivity, and damages). Support internal and external audits. * **Requirements:** Proven experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics functions. Strong organizational skills, conflict management ability, and decision-making capability. Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory management systems. Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred). * **Preferred Qualifications:** Retail industry experience. Experience conducting stock counts.
