Employee development and continuous improvement We are seeking a **Logistics Supervisor** to lead and coordinate the team responsible for equipment and material handling and control. If you possess leadership skills, organization, a results-driven mindset, and enjoy challenges, **this opportunity is for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure proper functioning of the quality management system within the logistics department; Supervise the team (warehouse assistants and office boys), ensuring productivity, workflow efficiency, and delivery quality; Recruit, train, and monitor new team members as needed due to growth or replacements; Conduct periodic inspections of department infrastructure and initiate necessary maintenance actions; Monitor operational activities and workflows recorded in the management system (Qualiex); Analyze reports and dashboards, implementing corrective actions and improvements when required; Schedule and oversee reverse logistics for equipment, from collection through receipt into warehouses; Maintain strong relationships with the team and other company departments, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment; Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and operational instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics/Warehousing, Business Administration, or related fields. * Driver's License Category B. **Desirable Requirements:** * Skills in indicator analysis and team management; * Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills; * ERP system knowledge (Voalle or similar) is a plus. **Additional Information** **Area of Operation:** Commercial **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week, **Monday to Saturday** **Employment Type:** CLT – **On-site** **Benefits That Make a Difference for You!** Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance Health Insurance (60% covered) SulAmérica Dental Plan Optum – Health and Well-being Creditas – Financial Benefits Life Insurance Partnerships with educational institutions Access to SESI (all regional units) Access to SESC (Garanhuns – PE) \#SOMOSPROXXIMA Since 2021, our mission has been to **bring people closer to their desires**, delivering innovative solutions that improve lives and generate value for society as a whole.
