As a Logistics Assistant at Transpanorama, your responsibilities include: * Performing daily quantitative control to monitor operations; * Providing support for ASO (admission exam), driver vacation, and leave control; * Supporting the control of invoices, telematics, or other requests from management; * Scheduling and monitoring vehicles assigned for loading and unloading according to agreed deadlines; * Customer follow-up and support, as needed; * Supporting coordinators; * Supporting vehicle tracking, CTE issuance, delivery forecasts, and route planning; * Issuing CTEs and fuel vouchers for operations you support or upon request; * Submitting monitoring requests and correcting them when necessary; * Other related duties. 251113020246685825
