In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform the weighing process for all vehicles loading and unloading coffee at the warehouse, maintaining the reliability of information for customers, the tax department, and the company’s administrative area. *MAKE IT REAL* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify that the invoice contains correct data and contract description, and pay attention to specific procedures for certified coffees; * Print SINTEGRA, SEFAZ, entry document, and weight ticket; * Seal vehicles according to the loading contract; * Organize vehicle flow during unloading and loading to avoid service interruptions; * Complete spreadsheets so all stakeholders can track already-unloaded contracts and completed shipments; * Accurately close all weights, maintain transparency, and provide a copy of the weight slip to drivers and customers; * Monitor and control the calibration schedule for the highway scale. * Strictly comply with the company’s quality, safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures, in accordance with the Integrated Management Policy commitment, as well as the company’s Code of Conduct and its Values and Principles. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic knowledge of product transportation processes; * Familiarity with truck and trailer weighing processes; * Soft skills: Clear communication, organization, interpersonal relationships, adaptability, problem-solving, ethics, and transparency. **Additional Information** **WE VALUE DIVERSITY AND TALENT!** We do not discriminate among candidates based on gender, age, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, origin, or any type of disability.
