Job Summary:
This role involves identifying and resolving emotional, behavioral, and social issues that interfere with learning, promoting a healthy and welcoming school environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* · Identify and help resolve emotional, behavioral, and social issues that may interfere with learning
* · Provide guidance to teachers and pedagogical staff
* · Conduct preventive activities: workshops, group dynamics, and projects promoting mental health in schools
* · Facilitate dialogue between school and family
* · Intervene in crisis situations and emergencies, such as bereavement, trauma, parental separation, and other events impacting students
* · Support inclusive students
* · Guide adolescents regarding vocational education
* · Promote a healthy and welcoming school environment
