What You Will Do Here: Technical Guidance: Guide and instruct students on correct exercise execution, ensuring proper posture and injury prevention. Monitoring and Motivation: Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust workouts according to individual advancement. Organization and Safety: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the strength training area and equipment.
