Define and standardize industrial processes and layouts **Job Mission** Structure, optimize, and sustain efficient production processes, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and waste reduction. **Strategic Responsibilities** Define and standardize the plant's industrial processes; Lead continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects; Directly contribute to cost reduction and productivity improvement; Define industrial layouts and line balancing; Develop and monitor process performance indicators; Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality departments; Ensure operational stability and repeatability; Lead technical teams and strategic projects. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields); Proven experience in industrial processes; Strong shop-floor experience; Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. **Expected Behavioral Profile** Analytical and execution-oriented profile; Operational discipline; Focus on efficiency; Technical leadership; Ability to structure and sustain processes.
