Work focused on quality and safety **Job Description:** The EQS Engineering company seeks a **Refrigeration Technician** to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on air conditioning and refrigeration systems at units covered under the contract with Telefônica. The professional will be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing repairs, conducting operational tests, replacing components, and ensuring proper functioning of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. This role requires **travel between units**, following assigned service routes, maintaining records of performed activities, and complying with the company's quality and safety standards. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 12:00 / 13:00 to 18:00 * Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 **Benefits:** * Food basket: BRL 180.00 * Meal allowance: BRL 24.50 per day * Transportation allowance * Psychological counseling (free of charge, no payroll deduction) * Gympass * Vehicle leasing allowance **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a refrigeration technician * Driver's license category B Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
