Job Summary: A multidisciplinary maintenance professional focused on preventive and corrective activities, system management, and process optimization in industrial facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems. 2. Managing maintenance work orders and monitoring technical reports. 3. Proposing improvements and automation for existing systems. Description: * Completed technical high school education in Mechatronics, Electroelectronics, or Automation; * NR10, NR12, and NR35 certifications; * Prior experience in the field is desirable; * Must reside in the Manaus \- AM region. * Monitor, execute, and update the preventive maintenance plan, and respond to unplanned corrective maintenance demands from the factory; * Monitor vibration analysis reports and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions when necessary; * Monitor thermography reports and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions when necessary; * Supervise utility company services at substations; * Manage the opening and closing of Maintenance Work Orders and Service Orders in the SAP system; * Inspect the operation of Facilities machinery and equipment, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions when necessary; * Monitor and ensure full operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant \- WTP (electrical); * Plan materials required for preventive maintenance activities and request procurement when necessary; * Assess and size locations for installation of electrical equipment, panels, etc.; * Develop improvement projects when necessary; * Develop automation plans for existing systems, suggesting improvements and requesting leadership support for supplier assistance when necessary; * Train and assist in the development of Junior and Mid-level technicians within plant operations; * Propose new Facilities management systems through innovation and development of supervisory systems and control plans. 251205020218702849
