If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect materials and products to ensure processes and materials comply with established quality standards and meet customer requirements; * Input quality test results into the system; * Perform material blocking/unblocking/revalidation and release within the internal system (SAP) via material traceability; * Audit processes according to the process audit checklist; * Ensure analysis and segregation of non-conforming materials; * Issue/transmit internal/external concession reports and quality reports for manufactured products to relevant stakeholders; * Ensure communication among involved departments regarding incidents; * Conduct testing on materials or products per standardized work instructions; * Validate setup samples or Test Production Orders (PO); * Retain produced product samples according to defined frequencies; * Monitor sample production and generate reports; * Comply with the 5S Program and Selective Collection procedures; * Implement improvements in the production process; * Inspect/input materials and products from the Recycling Unit, ensuring conformity and non-conformity assessments; * Develop control plans for new finished products and modifications to existing finished products not covered in the SAP system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Metrology training; * Flexible working hours; * Must reside in the Manaus - AM region. **Additional Information** * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Food Basket * Chartered Transportation * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing Plan (PPR) With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has become a benchmark in plastic production, conversion, and recycling, operating strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
