Location: Betim, MG Schedule: 7:45 AM to 5:33 PM – On-site – Monday to Friday This position is open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD). Job Responsibilities * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and corporate applications according to company-defined standards; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of **hardware** (computers, laptops, peripherals, and printers) and **software**; * Install, update, and configure operating systems (Windows and/or Linux) and various software; * Provide technical support to users, on-site and/or remotely, resolving questions and issues related to the use of systems, applications, and IT equipment; * Support and troubleshoot **local area networks (LAN)** and **Internet** environments, ensuring proper connectivity resource functionality; * Monitor system and equipment performance, identifying failures and proposing solutions; * Provide basic guidance and training to users on correct usage of installed systems and equipment; * Assist in administration and maintenance of physical and wireless networks, ensuring stability, security, and performance; * Log and track technical support tickets, maintaining records of performed activities. **Education:** * Completed or ongoing **IT Technician** or **Network Technician** program; * Or ongoing **Bachelor's degree** in Information Technology or related fields. **Required Knowledge:** **Mandatory:** * Computer and laptop maintenance; * Installation and configuration of operating systems; * Software installation and maintenance; * Basic printer maintenance; * Customer service and user support; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Administration of **Windows Server** (Active Directory, DNS, File Server, and Printer Server); * Configuration and management of **Firewall (pfSense and Mikrotik)**; * Knowledge of **Linux**; * Maintenance and administration of physical and wireless networks; * Configuration of **Ubiquiti Wi\-Fi networks**; * Basic programming knowledge.
